Intent
At My Faith Crisis we are both clergy and good Samaritans, and act in those capacities.
Our goal is to assist everyone to improve their lives through their sessions, whatever that looks like.
We will never encourage immoral or illegal behaviour and always encourage everyone to do everything possible to make amends, restitution, and reconciliation with all parties involved with or affected by their words or actions.
Call Recordings
We record all of our calls, no exceptions. Because we are clergy, we will never share those recordings with anyone outside of My Faith Crisis, ever.
We delete all call recordings after thirty (30) days, but have them for purchase until then.
Personal Information
We will never share your personal information with anyone outside of My Faith Crisis, including but not limited to:
- Name
- Phone number
- Contents of Sessions
Personal details may be shared within My Faith Crisis if we feel it is necessary, by default.
If anyone requests, information will not be shared with anyone, even others affiliated with My Faith Crisis. You must request this, otherwise the default controls.
Refunds
No refunds will be offered or given for recordings purchased or donations received.
(The only exception to this is if someone accidentally donates "$1,000" instead of "$100", etc.)
